Metastatic Melanoma: Perspectives on Current Treatment and Insights Into Emerging Approaches

The goal of this activity is to provide participants with information regarding current treatment and insights into emerging treatment approaches for metastatic melanoma. Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to: list the new agents for melanoma in late clinical development and describe the mechanism of action, efficacy, and toxicity profiles; describe the most up-to-date studies on the treatment for metastatic melanoma; discuss recent data and apply the findings to the treatment of advanced melanoma; and educate patients on the approach to the treatment of metastatic melanoma, including available clinical trials.
